Meet Tetiana
Tetiana Mozharovska, founder and principal physiotherapist at PhysioGain, is a highly experienced paediatric physiotherapist in Adelaide. With a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia, she combines strong academic training with years of hands-on experience supporting children and adults through the NDIS. Tetiana has worked extensively with a wide range of conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Developmental Delay, Stroke, and Acquired Brain Injury, delivering personalised, goal-oriented physiotherapy tailored to each individual’s needs.

Tetiana has dedicated her career to paediatric and disability physiotherapy, with a strong focus on supporting children with developmental, neurological, and neuromuscular conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delay, stroke, and acquired brain injuries. Her clinical background includes working within multidisciplinary teams across both national and local private healthcare settings.
Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, with working knowledge of Persian (Farsi), Tetiana brings a culturally inclusive approach to physiotherapy. She has worked extensively with families from diverse cultural backgrounds, including Asian, Middle Eastern, African, and European communities across Adelaide.
Beyond her clinical work, Tetiana is involved in local community-building initiatives and leads an active lifestyle that reflects her holistic approach to health and wellbeing, combining physical, emotional, and cultural care to support every client’s unique journey.
